perfect for my 1.5" heel cowboy boots

My cowboy boots were a 1/2 size too big for me and I needed something to fill the space. Regular insoles without high arch support didn't fit too well due to the boot's 1.5" heel, but these worked great. The height increase is pretty much negligible, but it did have just the right amount of cushion to make my boots more comfortable.

Great arch support and easy installation.

I require good arch support and these inserts definitely give you them. So far, I have only put them in sneakers. However, the amount of lift is pretty minimal from this insert.

Miss informed

It will not increase 1/2 inch, more like 1/8 inch when you put your weight on them. They are made of soft sponge that you can pinch it down to less than 1/16\" thickness. Also, it does not have much of high arch either.
